It was recently brought to my attention through a few personal reports that an eBay user has utilized my artwork without my permission, and is selling a Legend Of Zelda game with the image printed on the cartridge.
While the item has been reported and the user contacted (and my uncertainty of multiple reports rendering any effect to the product's removal from the website), I'm spreading word online in order to discredit any misconceptions about my business' cooperation in the bootleg and its copied prints.
While I am
agreeable to the utilization of artwork for non-profit, such as user avatars and wallpapers, I am against an artist's work being utilized without their consent for share of monetary profit, or lack thereof.

Also, a huge thanks to those who notify me of my artwork being used on particular websites and media, and the fan mail I receive via e-mail. If I have not responded, I am not ignoring-- I am simply busy with personal matters, and am still currently resolving them.
Nonetheless, I am always on the lookout for copy-written material from other artists, as well. It's one hope of mine that the art community continue to look out for one another when it comes to these sort of issues.Happy Halloween!
